after the walk in the park that was the semi final, we are away in tuechterville on Wednesday.

Game is at 2.45am WA time, after the misery of last week there is not a chance that this glory hunter will be awake for it.

Our record in Dingwall is played 8, won 4, drawn 2, lost 2.

We have scored 17 goals in the 8 games, County have scored 9.

last year we did not play them in digwall, fair to say the unseen fenian hand was at work. However, they did manage to scrape a 3-1 win against a plucky 10 man celtic in the league cup.

I think we need to freshen up - i think tierney needs a rest as well as forrest, bitton and dembele

gordon, lustig, jozo, kolo, gamboa, broon, armstrong, roberts, rogic, sinclair, thumb

Given that Ross County and Roman Catholic share the same initials and that those fine highlanders joined us in keeping the lights on in ww2 i expect this to be a walk in the park.

a sneaky 2-1 win for me

It's always a tough in the county of Ross...

And I agree ... time for some to get a rest

    Armstrong in for Bitton

    Roberts for forrest

    Thumb for Dembele

    Gamboa for lustig

    Izzy for tierney

    These are possibilities

Hopefully another win, I see us winning 3-1.

Wouldn't mind seeing us start with 2 up front, but probably better to start with 1 as we're away from home and see how it pans out.

    FOR GOD AND ULSTER

Celtic midfielder Stuart Armstrong could feature after coming off the bench in recent games
Ross County have striker Liam Boyce still missing with a knee injury for Wednesday's Premiership visit of Celtic.

Midfielder Tim Chow completes a two-match ban for the Staggies.

Celtic have no fresh injury worries after coming through the League Cup semi-final win over Rangers unscathed.

However, manager Brendan Rodgers may look to freshen his side up ahead of trips to Aberdeen and Borussia Monchengladbach in the coming week.

    Match stats
    • Ross County have only ever recorded one victory against Celtic in the top flight, winning 3-2 in March 2013
    • Celtic are unbeaten in 11 Premiership games with the Staggies (W7 D4)
    • County's Scott Fox has made more saves than any other goalkeeper in the Premiership this term (43)
    • Celtic have scored the most goals in the Scottish Premiership this season (26), nine more than any other team
Ross County manager Jim McIntyre: "Celtic are absolutely flying. I watched them on Sunday in the semi-final and they were excellent.

"They are creating chances at will and playing with a real energy. And the quality they have can really hurt you. So we need to be on our A-game.

Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers: "I have said all along that it really will be about the squad this season.

"It's a long season, we have played a lot of games with many more in front of us."

"The players have been first class in their recovery strategies in order to be ready for the next game. But you have to be mindful of it."

Saw a wee guy doing a tactical breakdown of Celtic's play on twitter. He notes how we play a 3 5 2 in possession with Lustig forming the back 3 and Tierney becoming our winger. More to it obviously so if I see it again I'll post it

Only rough news on line-up so far. Gamboa, Griffiths, Roberts, Armstrong, and McGregor all in contention to possibly get a start ahead of Lustig, Dembele, Forrest, Bitton, and Rogic, but nothing confirmed as of yet.

Ross County have striker Liam Boyce still missing with a knee injury for Wednesday's Premiership visit of Celtic.

Midfielder Tim Chow completes a two-match ban for the Staggies.
