Ruddy; Martin (c), Turner, Hooiveld, Olsson; Redmond, Howson, Tettey, Johnson; Jerome, Grabban. Rudd (GK), Whittaker, Cuellar, Lafferty, Hooper, Murphy, O'Neil. versus Stockdale; Bruno, Greer, Hughes, J.Bennett; Ince, Forster-Caskey, LuaLua, Gardner; Colunga, Baldock. Walton, Calderon, Halford, Holla, Teixeira, McCourt, Mackail-Smith. Two changes for City, Redmond and Hooiveld in for O'Neil and Whittaker, seems somewhat harsh to drop O'Neil as I don't think he was the worst player on the pitch last time out, but Redmond adds more going forwards, and the Tettey-Johnson partnership was rock solid earlier in the season, so hopefully it'll offer our defence the protection it needs.
As if they've scored...FFS. Amateur defending, no passion, and all Holt and Adams have done for 35 minutes is stand on the sidelines with their arms crossed. Those who said they preferred the championship to the Premier League because we'd win games and be more exciting...thoughts?
If this goes against us today, I can see the natives getting a little restless....back to where we were less than a year ago - possibly worse as this is the Championship were are not competing in.
Two thoughts 1- maybe that will jolt some life into the side- 2- get rid of Adams now, the man is out of his depth
