    Seems crazy to be playing this now - or rather, having organised this previously - when we knew we would be in the middle of three rounds of champions league qualifiers right at the start of the season. A competitive league game would have served us better.

    I find it impossible to care about this game now that the season has started. 5 competitive games into the season already.

    The only redeeming feature of this fixture at this point is the money it generates. Hopefully some of the young ****s will get a run out at least and get them some more first team experience

    Can't be true. The papers haven't mentioned anything about Kevin Doyle in a while.

    You know how it works......they mention Kevin Doyle for a couple of days then we sign someone the papers haven't even heard of. <ok>
