So far a 50-50 split for keeper. My choice is Gerken. Back four agrees with several others; Ribeiro / Wilson / Fontaine / Nyatanga. My only probelm is Nyatang's lack of pace as most wingers are speed merchants. Midfield; Elliott / Cisse / Skuse / Adomah - and allow Albert to go a-roaming to change rapidly from 4-4-2 to 4-3-3. Cisse and Skuse to be the holding two with Marv going further forward when he gets the chance. Up front; Pittman / Clarkson - I'm sorry to leave out Nicky at present but he seems to have so little confidence and Clarkie and Brett will work their socks off up front. Subs; DJ / Spence / Maynard / Stead / Woolford - solely because he can operate on both flanks and has not done too badly when used as stop-gap full back.
Stewart is only likely to start if Wilson or Carey are unfit. To those who select Bolasie, how have you made that judgement, he hasn't played - you're just guessing. To those who put Nyatanga at LB or select Woolford need help. To those select Hunt - you are beyond help. The most 'unusual' team selection is from Statto JG2 - 'are you on crack john' I'd select (assuming Carey and Ribs unfit) James (Just about - why did we ever let Hendo go). Skuse,Wilson,Fonts,McGivern. Cisse. Adomah,NK,Marv. Stead,Maynard. The only 2 in doubt for me would be our strikers - it's perm any 2 from Maynard,Stead,Pitman and possibly Clarkson who was excellent early on here when he played 'just behind'. RP, it's unfortunate but as far as i'm concerned Bolasie being an unknown quantity puts him ahead of JCR/Woolford who are uneffective/useless.
