For me out of all of the appointments since returning to the second division, i believe this is the most important! Because whoever CS appoints will show us where he wants this club to be and what we want to achieve. Here are the following favourites for the job and what i think CS would want from them:

Dave Jones - Would like to challenge the top six.

SOD - Would like to see entertaining football.

Derek Mcinnes - Would like to see him build a team of his own and progress slowly and steadily.

Mark Robins - Would like to see us finish around mid table and maybe progress from there.

So what my question is, who do you think CS will choose?

I have always advocated Alan Curbishley with SOD a very close 2nd,I have been reading and hearing a lot about Derek Mcinnes and I like what I have learned,a new generation,a new future,a new approach, sounds like the man for me but, if not one of the other 2 would do me.......

Dave Jones quite good but lacks the final punch

SOD not quite got it teams have flare but wilt

Mark Robins, another ROTHERHAM STRIKER LIKE ME!, not really successful

Derek Mcinnes, can he stand the temp of the water..often a manager gets a break , good team amongst poor ones, RANGERS RUNNING AWAY rest sheepishly following! and looks to excel, current home record P4 W1 D 1 L 2 P10 for 15 pts..must be thinking there is a chance of EURO FOOTBALL..
