True but this is a completely different world now not sure fergie could control it. That’s what I was getting at. Probably wording it badly, why would the lass record it? If she’s seen lawyers then Man U lawyers will exploit that in some way. Calculating etc If this lass records everything as young people do then she might have been talking of setting it up. No doubt he’s a horrible **** and looks like he has hit her etc but what is she like? What things does she do Have they recorded themself having sex and her saying I like it rough?
If all true then he’s an absolute scum bag. I wish I hadn’t listened to the audio. People like this must be so warped to be so inhuman.
Likely means it's happened before and she's learned from experience that in order to get out and get the protection she needs, she needs proof of what he does. There's a difference between 'liking it rough' and not taking no for an answer.
You have to wonder why a young woman felt more comfortable disclosing this evidence/info on social media rather than making a formal complaint to the police. I don’t think it’s due to ‘attention’ or wanting money either. I think a lot of women just don’t have much faith in the police or the justice system when it comes to sexual assault and domestic violence accusations and I don’t blame them. So many get brushed aside by police during the initial complaint stage. 1 in 60 rape cases not even resulting in charges being filed is insane. At least this way, women can help each other by preventing bastards doing it to other women by exposing their dirty secret for the world to know.
Agree. I also don't understand though why young woman don't walk out at the first, or latest second, sign of such behaviour.
He's a horrible little twat, slammed a door and bust his sisters nose a while back as well. ALLEGEDLY Apparently has a right temper on him.
Because it's never as easy as it seems, and it's hard to know the circumstances without being in their shoes.
He's clearly a horrible little **** but I'm sure he'll find a way of getting off without prosecution. Even if nothing else, hopefully she gets a fortune off him and that sets her up for life.
Agreed but recording someone suggests some forethought And if she’s taken advice it’s not good to do it this way
Because abusers like this very rarely start off with physical abuse, they usually start with emotional abuse and psychological manipulation to grind down the victim and get them to the point that they think “no one will ever believe you”
My suspicion is its happened to her before, rather than she's taken advice from professionals. I don't think they'd recommend this.
I highly doubt a lawyer has said ‘try to provoke him into beating you and trying to rape you, and get it on an audio recording’. More likely, this abuse has been going on for a while and she decided enough is enough and wanted to get evidence of him being a little ****bag to her. I think maybe we should focus less on her motives for recording his abusive behaviour and more on why he’s an abusive ****.
I also hope she's getting all the support she needs. Sadly she's going to get a lot of backlash for this.
I still remember the pond-life on Twitter saying vile things about the 15-year-old Adam Johnson groomed.
Alas victims of domestic abuse rarely leave at first signs, having dealt with many in my previous career the common theme is usually along the lines of 'I love him/her though'. Unless you've actually been a victim in such circumstances its impossible to understand. Add to that those victims who are so terrified of the consequences of leaving the partner, and the real fear that they will find them if they do, its a horrible thing to witness.
When a woman says no she means no. This little **** after hearing the tape wouldn't take no for an answer. I really hope if proven this **** gets prison time and finds out what it means to have his no's ignored.
Obviously I have absolutely no idea what they're talking about, never mind if there is any truth in it, but it looks as though it's not just him that should be worried. "Greenwood's off-field issues have been an open secret for a long time. The kidnapping claim was true last year too, but the club managed to squash it through a combo of legal threats and denials through friendly journalists. Now that this has came out, I assume the lid is off. There's more to come based on what I've heard over the last year." https://www.redcafe.net/threads/mas...omestic-violence.468505/page-31#post-28418402
