Whilst I had tremendous admiration for Johnson as a player, he was clearly out of his depth as the manager of a national team. However, I do have admiration, also, for the manner in which he has accepted responsibility for his part in the decline of the England Team - culminating in the recent farce of a World Cup campaign. He has done the honourable thing, and resigned. It's a pity, that an obviously far less honourable character, a certain Mr Rob Andrew has not seen fit to do the same. Andrew, who has "absolutely no intention of resigning" bears as much, if not more overall responsibility for the current state of our national side. It's to his great shame that he refuses to accept that responsibility, and do the decent thing - Resign!
Johnson , should not have gone, unless is escaped everyone attension we won the six nations, we have let our world cup bid, be derailed by red top filth looking for non stories , a rugby player gets kissed on the top of his head, ohhhhhh what a complete load of rubbish. BOD was carried home completely plastered, not a word. Johnson should have told the lot of you to get stuffed and carried on with the job he was doing, absolutely disgusted with this!

I never rated him as a player. We were never going to win any world cups with him at No.10. I rate him even less as a person, and a so-called Director of Rugby. All he's doing is directing our national side down the swanee....Tosser!
Andrew has the same skill as many of my colleagues at work, he really does know how to get away with doing nothing and worm his way out of his own pickles. However Johnson, too much the player. He was wounded badly by the loss in Dublin and never got over it. Tried to avoid the team getting beaten up when he should have been beating up other teams, like we did in the last couple of games.
England's decline started in 2003 once the WC was won, and Woodward saw this and quit rather than try and defend the trophy. Woodward caused the decline by having such an old team for 2003, and not bringing through enough young talent. Good example is not developing at least two or three other fly halves to step in after 2003. Wilkinson also played far too long after 2003, ordinary fly half who only looks good behind a dominant pack. England have still not moved on from 2003, and still try and play that kind of game, and this has blocked any development of the team. Still playing same old under Lancaster and its killing our rugby.
