We are all going to have an opinion on Gyan's leaving, whether you blame Bruce or not we are in the position of relying on a loanee as our main striker! Marmite IMHO could be class for us this season, if he does show his class off he will go seasons end and we are back up **** creek. (Or then again how long before Nick gets sick of chasing lost causes on his own?) Our manager has bought 2 strikers who he himself has said need a year before being regulars. (With no guarantee they will be good enough then!) He sells Anton who I think is twice the player Turner is. Has Bruce got a plan "B" now? I certainly hope so for SAFC's sake! But I fear the worst! SUNDERLAND TILL I DIE!!!!!!!
My son's just back from the match. Once again disappointed with what was put before him, but was impressed with Bendtners movement. He just can't understand why we play so negatively. Little bugger has been drinking, being driven to drink by Bruce, damn disgrace he is 17 ! But then I started at 15 with my old man and his mates.
Pity is I was hoping he would nip to Asda to get me a bottle of Glenfiddich, for some reason I have nearly emptied one today.
