I am not feeling very good about this at the moment How will the players feel on saturday if they have the championship taken away from them hours before Then there's all the fans that would suffer and of course hundreds of wum's
What happens if no decision is reached on Friday? We will still get to parade the trophy? Why have the FA left it so late in the day to proceed with the case IF they were confident of a decision? Why didn't the Football league do something when Faulin was initially signed? And If for example QPR lose the case, appeal and then lose, can we appeal to a higher court? And what if we win that...all the play-off games will or should become nil and void. The FA need to be pretty sure that they will get something otherwise they will end up looking pretty damn stupid. A lot of fans and managers have questioned why this case was being done now rather than when this first came to light, which was when the club were looking to extend Faulin's contract. I still think the FA will take a fine as they need money......and we have loads. Leeds will try say that playing Faulin gave an unfair advantage and whilst I can see the validitiy of this argument, the fact that this case is being done now suggests to me that decisions have already been made. The story from the sun at the weekend suggests that we won't get a fair hearing as the FA has decided already. I cannot see Bernie, Flavio or the Indians accept apoints deduction..HOWEVER, Flavio has a previous Formula 1 ban, Paladini is as bent as a thirty pound note and I could see these two banned from football for a period. Anyway, this is all I know for sure: QPR are Champions, and if anyone is looking for a garden known...the is one in the leeds boardroom!!
Boys, I really wouldnt worry about it that much. All of the so-called reliable sources who claim inside knowledge of the situation are not currently at the FA and nor do they have any actual knowledge of the situation. As it is a tribunal, all the evidence will be placed to the panel who will be starting from a blank page. We can only wait for the decision, which even if it a worse case scenario we can appeal and get overturned
Not sure I can cope with another 3 days of this. I knew it was going to be bad, but it's sheer hell! And to make matters worse, I live in Norfolk, So I've heard nothing but Norwich's promotion all day! Not that I begrudge them their celebrations at all, they deserve to go up. But it's not making things any easier for me, especially as they've been discussing on local radio about becoming champions by default following any points deduction for ourselves.
