Mark McGee has been sacked by league two strugglers Barnet. Graham Westley has also left the club. They are replaced by Martin Allen who returns for the 5th time. Barnet are bottom of the league 7 points from safety after 38 games
Remember when Barnet won the Conference above us? They were acting like big time charlies afterwards being sore winners on other forums. And giving it large each time we played them. Now look at us both. We are still challenging for the top 6 in league 1 while they look favourites for non league again.
I was reminded about FGR when talking to a friend, I think if I repeated his comments about their owner I would be thrown of the forum but when FGR were promoted he said we haven't come up just to make the numbers up and my first thoughts were neither were a lot of the teams in league 2 just to make the numbers up but were unable to climb out of L2 into L1 because of the quality of some of the teams that were there
Mad Dog Eh ! seemed a strange move for him going down to Eastleigh, Oh well, he will probably do it again at Barnet, if not this season then next. I wonder what's happened to the Big Man then this season ? Perhaps the refs have finally wised up to his penalty box antics !
He hasnt had his mate Akinde to help win these pentalties. But he is back at Barnet with Akinde so........
