Worst analogy ever ;-)

To see if the rule have had an effect we need to look at other drivers rather than just Hamilton. Webber has struggled season long with adapting to the tyres, Schumacher isn't a patch on his old self, and Ferrari as a team have had problems adapting to the new tyres. I don't agree that rule changes are the only cause of Hamilton and the above drivers dip in form this season, there are other contributing ones too, but I think it's quite plausible that they are playing a major roll. If we're so quick to praise Vettel for mastering the new tyres, we have to accept that others may be struggling with them.

Have to give it to Seb that he was the only driver to visit Pirreli, can't knock him raising the bar if nobody else wants to bother.
