1 - Since Gower has been with us , has anyone heard a word about his contract over the years or does he just quietly go about his business ? 2 - Is he in or is he out ?

The question is not what Gower can do for us... But WTF is Butler getting a year extension for??? Seriously WTF Unless he is filling in for the kit man/water boy then what the **** are we seriously thinking... What job can he do at the top level??? Just asking
Think your right about Gower playing his role union . All three manager used Gower quite a bit but Buck used him the most & the best . I think guys like MacDonald , Butler are signed solely to be at the ready for Championship football should it come in the not so distant future . One things for sure , they wouldn't be signed without reason IMO ,but still , there minor details really .
IMHO they're reserve/back up at best. Don't know about you but I don't think McD cut it at championship hence the loan out Butler must be a mean but kisser or he know how to make BR a special Irish coffee
or he really isn't payed that much , I don't really know but suspect it's the reason players like Butler are signed .
Probably could be an asset to come of the bench next season. But for me, there was far more solidity in the midfield with Britton/Allen in the latter part of the season, especially away from home!! Well we experienced the end result, so that combo proved this!! So can't see him being the preferred option, a fit Bodde will push him further down the starting line-up....
Didn't think anyone would believe he was good enough, he's an ok player but I doubt he's premier league
Gower is a good pro and deserves a chance at the PL even if it's just a small part for the coming season..
Good point sa14 in the prem it is not as manic as the championship and I think he has done enough to be given a chance, look how he proved a hell of a lot of fans wrong with last years performance
Jager - Do you reckon that GK was English? Surely must have been. Got to add though, that should never have counted though. Once a penalty heads away from goal, it's a miss. SHambolic refereeing lol. As for Gower - He deserves his contract and deserves a shot at the PL.
