West Brom defender Marek Cech looks set to leave the club this summer.

The left-back is being linked with moves away from the Hawthorns, with Russia and Italy both being touted as possible destinations.

Reports from talkSPORT suggest that Italian outfit Bologna are poised to make a move Cech.

The Slovakian international is also wanted by Zenit St Petersburg, according to the Daily Mail.

The Russian champions are said to be lining up a £4 million bid for Cech as a move for Fiorentina's Juan Manuel Vargas falters.

Cech made just a single appearance for the Baggies since Roy Hodgson took over. Despite him being out-of-favour and out-of-contract, the club activated a one-year extension in the 28-year-old's contract.

That move is being seen as a ploy that will allow Hodgson to cash-in by selling him rather than seeing him walk away for nothing, and not an indication that he part of West Brom's plans for next season.
