He stepped in superbly whenever Huth missed a game last season

I absolutely adore the bloke.

Can only imagine how good he'd have been had his career not been ruined by Witsel.

 

Ironically, if it wasn't for Witsel he wouldn't be here - used to be a RB before the injury then he bulked up and became a CB.

 

He is an utter car crash as a right back whenever he has played there. He gets pulled out of position too easily

Bit of a loose cannon but does a job
Happy enough he's staying for another year. Will get a game in the League cup

 

Worth the money just to have him around the training ground and on the bench. Bet he can motivate people.

 

Don't think I've ever loved a player quite as much who has barely played for us! Legend!

 

One of the few players who wouldnt have looked amiss in teams from the 60's -70's.

 

With Robert Huth and Wasyl in the team we can never be accused of being too soft
