    What a stupid thread. The Beatles were self generating, they won their record deals on merit, they were not manufactured by some Simon Bowel/Sock-Acheing and Watershed type. Just look at the amount of bands/artists that they have inspired. If they had not been taken on by a record company they would have created their own, and did once they realized the industry was full of knobheads.
