Two 1-0 victories at OT, 12 months apart. Which one did you prefer and why? 2015 or 2016?

    Poll closes late Wednesday

I think I have to go for yesterday's win. Last year's was the first win at OT for 22 years but this one meant we had achieved back-to-back victories there for the first time since big Ron Davies battered them in 1969. Plus it saw the birth of a new club legend in Mr. Charles Austin, the pride of Hungerford.

A wins a win never mind the year against UTD away. A rare feat but just as good today as yesterday. In truth though any away win is a good thing!

I said can't decide, but thinking about this one, then next year's win there and then the one after that.

By then it will have become the expected and the norm :)

Next year's win at OT might be at just the right time to clinch the League title.

When the question occurred to me yesterday I just couldn't decide. The fact that I still couldn't decide when I thought about it again today provoked me to start this poll. And I still can't decide. So at the moment I'm voting for the 3rd option. But I've given anyone the option to change their mind. I'm betting I still won't be able to separate them come Wednesday though.

Places such as Millwall, Rochdale and Tranmere.

Edit: Hang on that can't be right we were out of the PL for more than 4 years.

I think the answer to the conundrum is in the number of times we went to OT in various cups over the years.

Edit: Puck just beat me to it.

Have gone for yesterdays 0-1 for the Roy of the Rovers stuff.

Still can't beat the 0-1 of 40 years ago even if that wasn't at old trafford but that little place that makes your knees go all trembley.

Yes. Undoubtedly the best 1-0 in the business. Accompanied by David [1-0] Coleman's commentary. :)

11th Jan 2015. Saints first win at OT in 27 years, beating United who hadn't lost at home since the opening day, ending their 10 game unbeaten streak. We leapfrog them to go third!!
