The game has the problem of a date change, if only for the fact that Alfreton have been drawn at home, both clubs WILL NOT play on the same day. Mansfield has it's own station which requires a change at Nottingham. Nottingham is about 10 miles away.
Bromley v Peterborough Hampton & Richmond v Oldham Chippenham/Maidenhead v Portsmouth All of the above are more appealing for the TV dudes, they will have to decide early this week and to be honest with us out of the play-offs we are not too attractive for them with regards an upset. Alfreton playing at home will ensure one game not being staged on the Saturday, will be great if we can get a 15.00 on the Saturday. Footnote to our Moderator:- The ground holds 10K and there is no chance of a sell-out.
Footnote to the Horny Little Midget There is more chance of me going Morris dancing with Jeddez than ever buying you a ticket again. When are the live ties announced ?
Just for clarity, can Mr van Gerwen please note the following:- 1/I do NOT want you to buy me a ticket for this game. 2/I will get my own ticket. 3/Do NOT buy me a ticket.
The televised games must surely be announced in the next 48 hours, the games are to be played inside 3 weeks time.
Away at a mid table League 2 club with most of the loan players ineligible ….. I can see a very early exit from the FA Cup coming. Didn't Steve Evans turn us down as Manager to go to Mansfield?
****ing bring back the old days before the football on the Tele and everyone loved the fa cup. Was happy as pig in **** when we got Mansfield away then see the trains were ****ed and game might be played on sunday
That is ridiculous... Zero respect shown to Away fans FFs. Is it going to be do able by train from London on a Sunday morning ?
You'd have to get the 7.30am to catch train from Notts to Mansfield. Or there's a 8 something but cab from Notts to Mansfield
