As I'm on my phone this will be a short post but hopefully we can get a win!

Also ELO, followed by Avicci, followed by Tears For Fears! Awesomeee!

Knightsie saying Agyemang and Ryan Taylor are too alike. Not going to get goals with these two playing together.

    A point is not enough.

A point is better than none though.

Connolly really lifted the game - he needs to be on with Agyemang, Ryan Taylor and Big Pat are too much the same.

A point doesn't hide the fact that it was a pretty dire game. What a waste of time and money

1-1 draw was fair I suppose, but as already said, Ryan Taylor and Big Pat together doesn't give us a balanced attack.

We looked so much better when David Connolly came on as a sub, as he controlled everything from midfield to attack, even hitting the post with one shot.

Ryan Taylor impressed me too. Excellent, well taken goal and plenty of effort. To my mind, he was man of the match, not Jed who made too many errors in the second half.

Our defence looks much improved, and Jake Jervis could have been awarded a penalty after one heavy challenge.

Of our 5 new signings, all except Wes Fogden impressed me.

On to the next match, with fingers crossed......

I would have gone for Taylor as man of the match too. Don't agree with Wallace getting MoTM, but I didn't boo him. Seemed a bit harsh.

Agree Lapras, but Jed was losing his temper in the second half especially with the linesman by the South Stand, using some very choice language.

At one stage Nicky Shorey yelled at him to calm down. Richie Barker obviously noticed his behaviour, and the fact that most of his passes were going astray, and took him off, much to the disgust of Jed. Fans were merely frustrated with him, but agree booing him was totally wrong.

According to someone who was in corporate hospitality at the time - the match-day sponsor, not the club, made a silly decision to let some youngsters* choose Jed for the sponsors man of the match. It backfired and no doubt young Jed himself has been made to look silly.

Also Wes Fogden isn't match fit as he has hardly played this season - but that will be overcome with a bit of time, same as Jake Jervis.

    * Actually confirmed now, it was a group of young girls who chose Jed.

agree with a lot of the above posts and comments, we should be beating the likes and Northants and Mansfield..........but look where we are! We have a team that has talent, it also has some unfit players still getting up to speed........

The likes of Fogden will come good, match fitness and time is all he lacks, you can see the intent in his work, now he just needs matches.

jervis for me will be a big hit, he has been chomping at the bit to get going but for legal tape...........again, all the training pitch work cannot substitute match day time, he will work well with Taylor, big pat or connolly, he is that type of player, in my opinion he will be a bloody nuisance to defences in this league.......there is a definate improvement in the last 4 weeks or so, once we tuck in a few results they will keep coming... <ok>

Shorey is a great signing for me, he did well for the most and certainly was able to get the messages about the pitch for Barker......something that was missing under GW

The fact Jake Jervis has pace is a bonus. To my mind, he looks full of goals.

One good win, and more will follow, I'm sure of that.
