This is the sort of comment that would attract the latest trend from SKY/BBC/ITV/etc to add the provisio "we have been unable to verify this " It is like putting together 2 +2 and getting = ?

SL is the tip of the pyramid .. I am familiar with how his business model worked ...having worked in that industry for a few years! it is one of delegation delegation delegation down through the layers. YES he will say I am happy with / not happy with and may occassionally become hands on involved.. occasionally the key word. To apportion blame for what happens is not the case on a day to day basis. A collective negative response over a period most likely would!

no one on here knows the real mechanisms involved in all the coaching/managing staff getting relieved of their duties ... we all put 2 +2 together to make our own answer ...and that will never change!

It’s a fans forum, none of us has direct access, that’s stating the obvious. We all draw our own conclusions from the limited information we have.
 
I would add that I’m in a wonderful but rare situation whereby my manager doesn’t direct me in a ‘parent child’ way. She listens to my professional views and very very rarely gives me a direct order - and if that happens it’s political not personal.
I love my job (as far as it’s possible) and respect my employer.
If I’m asked (told) to do something I disagree with then I can air my views and discuss them. Most of the time my professional judgment is accepted but occasionally overruled due to political pressure from on high.
In the case of BCFC, SL is putting his own money on the line. Much as I have disagreed with his decisions on many occasions I do understand that he won’t want other people spending his money.

I agree, SL queries why having spent so much we haven’t achieved more when others have achieved it but have spent less. As you rightly say he’s the one who puts his hand in his pocket so doesn’t want to allow others to spend his money. Therefore next time he asks that question, maybe for the answer, he should look in the mirror.
 
first 5 games under his belt..... 3 away and 2 home but just an average of 1 point a game .
Top 6 is likely to be 70 points MINIMUM so we have 26, we now need 44/45 OR 1.75pts a game. we have played 10 home and 10 away ave 1.3 pts a game

Home = W 4 D 2 L 4 13 gf 12 ga 14 pts [ NP 11 pts from 8 games LM 3 pts from 2 games ]
Away = W 3 D 3 L 4 8 gf 10 ga 12 pts [ NP 10 pts from 7 games LM 2 pts from 3 games ]

Current average pts OVERALL === 1.3 per game EOS = 60 pts
Current points average at Home == 1.4 pts per game EOS = = 18 pts
Current points average Away ==== 1.2 pts per game EOS = = 16 pts

NP was on averaging likely to end on 65 or better [ but had key players out ]
LM is on course to add / achieve [ early days to get a realistic average but ... ] 52+ points!!!
