Driving back to Amsterdam i was listening to talk sport, and Brendan Rogers wants Mandy out as he does not fit into the system he wants to play.

I WOULD HAVE HIM IN A SHOT, big, powerful, good feet, just what we are looking for, added to rackems article on Shorts interview, and the way Carroll was sent off against the mags, i can only see pluses if MON can pull this one off.

    I'd definitely have him mate.

Can't see it, but if he came, it'd have my backing.

I'd have him too, but we're not alone in that.

If he went back to the mags they'll be crowing about getting £35M from Liverpool and then getting him back to play for them. Can't say I'd blame them and that would be tough for the bin-dipper fans to bear!

I would but we wont, competition and his past would block any chance. First open goal missed and the long haired Geordie **** taunts would start.

I think they're think to somewhere like AC Milan with a five mil loan fee or something.

Don't see AC moving for him mind with their forwards. Carroll's a poor mans Ibrahimovich.

Been saying it for months it was worth pursuing him.

Unfortunately he has been in a bit bother down there as well as up here so that could put MON off.

I wouldn't touch the long haired black and white woman bashing twat with a 6ft ****ty stick.

When are Sunderland fans going to wake up and realise these almost never come off in the modern world. Back in the day the Stokoes and Guthrie's could cross the divide but today they simply cant and most dont want to. Chopra, Clark and Bruce are mags first and then whoever is paying them second.

I'd sooner have Kenwyne Jones back than Carroll and that tells you everything you need to know.

Clark was funny though. Had the shoe been on the other foot, you too would have found it hilarious. For what it is worth, I doubt AC would be any good for you anyway (not because of where he comes from)

We should resign Daryl Murphy for a case of Carling, <ok>.

Of course it was funny for mags and would have been funny for us the other way and that's the point. Clark especially was taken into our club and welcomed universally. He was given hero status by red and whites and rewarded that by doing what he did. All the kids that wore his name on their shirt had their faces rubbed in ****e by that spotty little Wallsend **** and I decided that I never wanted another scummy **** at my club again.

Then along came Bruce and I thought I'll give it another go but hey presto, he ****s up the derby games because he just cant bring himself to beat his boyhood club and in trying not to win he ****s it all up and loses byn the biggest margin in 50 odd years, then hides behind his roots to hide his failings and blames us instead.

There are plenty of alternatives other than mags or mag supporting players for us to target imo.

In all seriousness, you would like to think people would be more professional. I don't think Bruce deliberately lost to us either. He was just clueless.

His hapless worrying about the derbies and trying not to win or manufacture a result that kept his boyhood allegiances happy were to blame. WE entered into derbies on form, lost them and then went back to form - something prevented us form performing in derbies and it wasn't that you lot were Brazil.

Gyan, Cana and Bent all saw through the charlatan Bruce inside of 12 months and wanted out and his inability to handle the derbies played a major part in that imo.

I would have him but ITS NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN.

I would rather he went to the mags and we got BA from them. Knowing our luck though we would end up with Leon Best.
