    I'm gutted. Mancini was a nice manager to have in England, and to be honest I doubt that any manager could really do a job with that many divas.

    That being said, Mourinho could be free in the summer. I'd love to see what Mourinho could do with Man City and limitless funds, but more than anything I'd love to see the faces of Chelsea fans if Mourinho doesn't sign for them.

    inherited a multi millionaire team and a multi million pound budget...would be true to say he inherited a team in its peak and failed to improve it

    If you put me as manager of a mid table team and gave me £300m to spend on players i'd stand a chance of winning silverware.

    Yes I know he had the money but they should of took notice of what Man UTD did. They stuck with a manager when it wasn't going great. He could of quite well of done what fergie has done if he was given 26 years

    We can talk about managers being given time, but to be honest I don't think most managers would even want to stay at a club for so long. I doubt Mancini would take 26 years at a single club, nor would many managers in the game today.
