    Living in Manchester, it's going to be difficult getting away from it all no matter what happens!

    Unless of course we beat one of them! But it's looking unlikely to be honest <laugh>

    <laugh> My mate just won't shut up about how we're going to lose and she keeps saying we're a **** team, a draw would be enough to shut her up. I can dream I guess :(

    <laugh> Haha, who knows! This time last season everyone thought Chelsea would run away with it... I did, to be honest. They looked class. Look what happened to them!

    Somehow can't see that happening to Man U though...

    I'd love for us to beat either of the Manc teams this year. Would be lovely. Although, I can see it being rather different, and we'll be lambs for the slaughter. Much like Bolton right now.

    I've honestly never personally known an actual Man Utd fan. A flatmate of mine years ago was a Man Utd fan, wore the shirt regularly and would rub it in my face when they beat us but still relied on me to tell him the final scores most of the time. One time they beat us and I said to him "fair play today, your lads deserved it" and he said "what?".

    I don't see Man U doing that, they played an almost second string team against Arsenal and won 8-2 <yikes>

    To be fair, the teams that both manchester united and city have faced have been teams that like to play open football. The likes of Bolton, Wigan, West Brom drove them close, Arsenal were completely open and Spurs let both Manchester teams play.

    I think we will be a bit more rigid like West Brom. I'm still not expecting anything from both games but Pardew's tactics are decent so he will have gameplan's for both games...I hope.
