Its not to early for the Rs. They will be starting their preparations for Old Trafford tomorrow and having beaten Liverpool and Arsenal in the last 10 days dont expect an easy 3pts for the reds. I am hoping for 3pts and still remember the drubbing we handed out against all odds on our visit to OT the year you won the league in 1992. Ryan Giggs played in that game i recall and we were 3-0 up after 25 mins. We won the game 4-1 one of only 2 home defeats i think for you that season.

Both teams have something to play for which should make for a decent game. I'm hoping for a comfortable victory for us but my head suggests it will be tight. I'm going for a 3-1 home win.

Hope you enjoy Old Trafford, can't say I hope you enjoy the game though!

This like the match last night could be a potential banana skin. I'd be happy with 1-0 and no injuries. Remember 1992!!!! The lads must be totally professional.

Need to correct a couple of things there.
The 1-0 win over Chelsea was at Loftus Rd and before we changed manager.
We didn't beat Toon....it was a draw at our place, although it was one of the few games where we were by far the better team!!
Some of our away performances have been terrible....but on the other hand, we have won at Everton, Wolves and Stoke. You can never be sure which QPR will turn up.
I expect us to play the same formation as we did against Arsenal and try to shut the game out. That was probably our best performance of the season. Having said all that, you will beat us by at least a couple I'm sure!!

    Man United Vs QPR

    Venue: Old Trafford

    Premier League record:

    Played 39
    Man United Wins: 23
    Draws: 10
    QPR Wins: 6

Manchester United have lost just once to the london side at old trafford. QPR won by four goals to one in the season of 1991/92. Despite the loss Manchester United boast 15 wins and a draw against the london side at old trafford and will be looking to widen the gap to eight points between themselves and closest rivals city before the 4:00 GMT kick off at the Emirates Stadium.

My prediction: Manchester United 2-0 QPR

    Goal scorers: Rooney and Young

    Thoughts and opinions?

We need to score early or it could become a very frustrating afternoon.

One thread you are mocking United and stating we should worry due to City's dominance and because of the 6-1 thrashing, and a QPR match thread?

And you are a Leeds fan?

I'm thinking this is the game we overtake City on goal difference.

QPR will be up for this one as they need to start getting some wins under their belts as they are in the relegation battle.

Having said that, United should be winning this match and my prediction is a 3-1 United victory.
