    KO. 8:00pm
    Old Trafford

So its another Monday night kick off and we are facing a new and improved Aston Villa.
Under Paul Lambert its took a while but they are now looking like they will survive and they play sum really entertaining football.
With Benteke, Weimann and Agbonlahor they have a very pacy and threatening forward three, their midfield and centrebacks are still their weakness but this should make for a very entertaining match.
    Their last 5 matches have seen them W-3 D-1 L-1 (F-10 A-6), Compare that to ours which reads W-2 D-1 L-1 (F-6 A-5)
I can see a few goals in this one and some real attacking football, maybe not a night for defences.
But i still see us running out winners maybe high scoring 4-2.

Lets play Jones and Giggs in midfield, not give a start to Hernandez, and be thankful at the end that we came away with a point.

Aston villa can be a very dangerous side when at their best
hate playing Agbonlahor , he seem always to score against us
but we should win this .. we have too

Kagawa is key for me, and as red_or_dead says Jones has to play, Giggs but as a winger!

Oops, I guess the irony was lost in writing. I wanted Hernandez to start, didn't want Fergie being negative and playing Jones in midfield, and don't want out-of-form Giggsy in the lineup.

    Do them please.

Listen - Wigan Athletic in effect mean that you start each season with 6 points and a +8 goal difference. You don't want to throw that all away.

Double irony, Giggs hasn't played on the wing for ages, Jones isn't cultured enough in midfied, why isn't Cleverley getting a game, have I missed something.

Just putting this out there for Villa match

De Gea in goal (thats a given).
3 centrebacks of Jones, Vidic and Ferdinand (could be Evans/Smalling depends on injury).
Valencia and Evra as flying WingBacks.
    Carrick sitting in midfield.
Just infront Kagawa and Cleverly (Welbeck maybe, great at running at defences).
Then RVP just in behind Hernandez (no Rooney because he's out of form).

This seems like a very atttacking line-up to me, and as we are at home i say we go for Villa and get this league sewn up once and for all.
Any opinions on Formation or possible players who should be ther instead of my choices.

I would like to see this but with two center backs instead of three, any two of Rio, Vidic and Evans would do for me. To replace the third center back i would go with a three up top of RVP, Hernandez and..........Nani. i would like to see how this worked out for a few games or maybe just 45 mins if i have made a total cock-up :emoticon-0110-tongu

Its Rooney and Van Perise up frong. It's Rooneys 400th united appearance, it would be nice for him if we win the title today

Hopefully Giggs is playing on the flanks or rather more advanced position.
