    Sunday November 1st, 16.30.

More of the same from Wednesday please.

No need to revert to ultra cautious 'but it's Arsenal, what if they score' scenario like we did against Chelsea.

    A straight 4 3 3 will do us in this one, my team would be;

    ___________________________________de Gea_______________________________________

    Wan Bissaka_______________Lindelof_____________Maguire_____________________Shaw

    ____________________________________Fred_____________________________________

    _______________Fernandez_______________________________van de Beek______________

    __________Greenwood_________________________________________Rashford____________

    _______________________________Martial/Cavani_____________________________________

Substitutes; Tuanzebe, Mata, McTominay, Pogba, James, Matic, Williams, Martial or Cavani, Henderson.

That team/squad can beat anyone, or should be able to.

    Ergo, NOT ****.

Arsenal have struggled recently, even in games they've won. Their defence is worse than ours.

We should be well up for this after the last couple of weeks.

Martial's still banned domestically btw. His last game I think.

Would love to see Cavani start and demolish their makeshift defence.

Willian, Lacazette and Aubamayang their biggest threats.

    You were very close, Christiansmith.

De Gea; Wan-Nissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw; Fred. Pogba, McTominay; Fernandes; Rashford, Greenwood

Let’s see what Pogba serves up today...

No, nor is it looking especially likely.

This is poor. Reminds me of the 1st half against Leipzig but without the goal.

Too many changes for every game. Isn't helping imo.

I look at the squad and I think, good players there. Decent squad.

    Is it me then?

I don't think it is, I'm pretty sure I could pick a team from our squad to beat Arsenal.

And I'm FAW C level grass roots coach ffs!!

To think that we would be struggling against this Arsenal side at OT. Haven’t seen that in some time.

I left watching it after the first half but checking it on text and it still shows we only had one shot on target the whole game.

Pogba is now a liability - giving away a penalty aside, he offered nothing. He was too easily dispossessed, he gave the ball away with long, predictable passes and still seems to be like a ball and chain for the midfield. His football brain seems to be seconds behind the rest of an otherwise agile and mobile midfield. Hopefully we can offer 60% off in the January sales.

I just couldn't understand the thoughts behind taking Bruno off and leaving Pogba on, neither were doing well but Bruno needs a chance to link with Donny.

7 points out of possible 18! The so-called transition continues...

Is it ok to question whether United can be taken any further by Ole in a sensible and reasoned way... or will I still be labelled a hater?

You will without a doubt be labeled a hater. Hopefully we can get to the magical 40points.

Of course it's a good squad. We beat very good teams like PSG and Leipzig with periods of great football.

Credit to everyone including the manager when that happens.

The problem is the lack of consistency in our team selections and our tactics.

Appreciate we have games twice a week but the changes are too much too often and on top of that the formations and player positions.

We all know what happens when the punk starts most matches. It has happened so many times that the blame squarely falls on the manager’s shoulders. It is beyond pathetic that we have Donny on the bench match in match out when the preferred player serves up junk consistently when he starts.

Why do we keep making excuses for this again? This is so bad that it’s void of logic. We now have 14 teams above us. Is the squad really that bad?
