You will remember one of Manchester United Legends last matches was against old Fergie's favourite team Rangers legends in a game bid to raise funds The Rangers Charity. Unfortunately it appears the funds raised by the match and Gala Dinner which accompanied the game have been held by the cash starved club. The same fate happened with almost all the funds raised in the the Glamour friendly against AC Milan . It has to be said Rangers have raised great funds for charity in the past.
That is correct but their misappropriation of Charity funds transcends Rangers 1872 by Taking the proceeds of charity game in the spring of 2012 and The Rangers who took the proceeds of charity game 2013. I posted this so that the wonderful reputation of Manchester United Legends are not tarnished by association . If you know anyone with connections with the United Legends maybe they should be warned of who they been involved .
Utd's legends will always be legends to the Utd supporters, cant see how Rangers old or new 'misappropriating' charity money would tar Utd but i bet Fergie is fuming(as usual)seeing as he took pity on the Ibrox mob and organised the game.
The problem could be if The Rangers Charity tried to make this a regular or A frequent fixture. It was very thoughtless of the Manchester United Legends to give them time of day once, as they should have been aware of the crowd of hoods that were involved with The Rangers , so I am just hoping they stay well away from them , in the future.
