Pellegrini, new to the Premiership, has done brilliantly in all big games. 7 out of 8 wins. Moyes, after a decade plus managing in England, just can't compete in big games. 0 wins out of 48 away v Big 3. And just 1 in 9 this season v big 7. Even Wenger is doing better in big games than Sir David
Our real problem is not with the Liverpools, Sp*rs and Evertons. It's in the big games against the likes of City and Chelsea where we need to improve which is purely a mental thing in my opinion. If we improve our form against the very top sides and carry through our consistency we can be serious challengers for the title.
If that were the case Newcastle had no right to be winning at Spurs and United. Moyes is a jester and tactically inept
I said earlier in the season Spurs would not win a home game against the big sides under AVB and United wouldn't win an away game against the big sides under Moyes. Both have been found out.
You may well be right, then again you could be wrong. I would hazard a bet that any manager with Pellegrinis players would win more games than they lose. Equally I would bet that if Pellegrini had Moyes' players, he would lose as many as Moyes does. Very, very few managers make poor players into good teams, many managers make great players into good teams, very few managers make good players into great teams. Our Manager ,apart from Porto, has always had great players. Pellegrini had ordinary players before City, Moyes had ordinary players at Everton and players on the slide at Utd. That said, theres not many managers as good as Jose, and Moyes certainly isn't one of them.
