I remember being chuffed to bits when we brought in Warnock as he is a promotion machine, but as soon as he arrived I thought he was a lazy cnut because it was as if he had won the lottery and decided he didn't need to do anything, spent most of the week in Cornwall and leaving his staff to coach the team. He spoke about retiring a lot and then he was gone. I think he realised that he had screwed the club over and instead of retiring he decided to prove how good he could be and promptly got Cardiff playing well and will almost certainly get them promoted to the Prem this year. What a waste you bignosedgobbygit.

Brian McDermott landed and I was chuffed to bits with him as he had taken an average club up to the Prem, wasnt given huge funds and the plan was to be relegated back to the championship but with parachute money and bounce them back. Instead due to pressure he was sacked and the Royals have struggled to use their parachute money to get promotion again although came close last season. A nice bloke Brian but another bloke who has vanished.

Mick McCarthy isnt as prolific on the promotion front but has done it a couple of times and is recognised as one of the safest pairs of hands in club football. What he did at Wolves is the stuff of legends as he got them promoted to the prem and managed to keep them there for 6 years on a shoestring. Its now recognised that if the club hadnt have panicked Big Mick would have kept them in the prem, but they got rid of him and then went into freefall falling through the leagues to end up in League 1. They now have a new owner and are buying their way back into the Prem. Mick took the Ipswich job knowing they had no money but again has managed to spend around £20 each season on kids and old heads and kept them midtable and above every season. Now he has decided to leave and everyone wonders where he will go.

Yes I would be happy if Big Mick was given the job at Leeds but for now we have to assume that PH will see out the season and get some good results to steady the ship. if he does that he starts next season in Charge. Mick will be going to a Prem club at the lower end or one of quite a few Championship clubs who should be higher up the table.

    Norwich
    QPR
    Forest
    Wendies
    Hull
    Reading
    Birmingham
    Sunderland
    Barnsley

Yes Norwich probably wont happen because of the rivalry with Ipswich but .... Forest have Karanka and hes proving to be crap. Wendies seems probable, Hull if they give him money, Birmingham when the sack Monk, Sunderland need to sack Coleman and Barnsley is his home town. Mick lets remember got Ireland qualified for the World Cup and got them playing well with great results which turned sour due to Alfies mate

I’m going to be honest here Doc. The Leeds supporting part of me hopes we’ll win every game from now till end of season. The downside to that is rad and Orta would believe we’re only one or two short of a team capable of challenging next season so no hope of decent summer investment. The other part of me, the one that I ants us to be quality next season, hopes we don’t win any more games this season. That would surely prove a point to rad that his signings to date have been mainly hopeless and more of he quality of Forshaw are needed in the summer and a large chunk of cash needs to be found somewhere. Without that I don’t think it’ll matter who the next coach or the one after will be. I think the main difference Warnock had at Leeds was his efforts were hampered by the owner Where he’s had his successes he’s been helped by the owners. No manager will succeed if best player Luke Becchio at the time is sold and replaced with a cart horse. We’ve done it again with Wood this season

Warnock is an anti Leeds man, IMO just like Bates who hated Leeds United he couldn't care about the club. Is it a coincidence that he's done well at clubs he hasn't slated..<ok>

So a manager brought in to save the season at WBA has been sacked because he didnt do it. Coleman at Sunderland will be next so hoping that PH sorts it out or he will be next
