The reports that Tony Pulis is considering his position, coupled with Appleton's sacking, started me thinking about the number of Premier League managers who might be gone by the start of the next season.

    Rafa has definately gone.
Moyes is making his situation at Everton increasingly untenable (remember how hacked off we got as Lambert refused to commit to us before he jumped).
Allardice out of contract at the end of the season. No clear support from the board.
Pulis is on risky ground - losing the supporters and questioning the board.
Mancini will be on thin ice, even if Man City win the FA Cup.
O'Neill is also at risk - he has not improved Sunderland following Bruce's departure.
Wenger will, I think, see out his contract until 2014 but it is not beyond the bounds of possibility that he will go early.
Even if Martinez keeps Wigan up yet again I think he will leave at the end of the season. What is there to keep him there for another year?

I can see either Allardice or Pulis replacing Colin at Leeds if they move on. O'Neill will I think return to punditry unless the Republic of Ireland job comes up. Not sure what will happen to Moyes if he leaves Everton - I do not see him at one of the big 6 but I could see him moving to West Ham if Allardice is given the boot. If Moyes goes I could see Everton making a move for Martinez. And if Pulis goes I think Adkins would be a good fit at Stoke. I have no idea, beyond Mourinho, who will go to Chelsea.

Personally I am glad that we will still have Hughton and fully expect us to kick on as he repeats his previous successes in the transfer market.

And isn't it good not to be fretting about whether he will jump ship!

Moyes will not leave unless he is offered a 'better' job <ok> he is still one of the most highly rated managers in the league and although he is giving the support reason to doubt him the team are delivering on the pitch so I wouldn't expect him to go just yet.. Particularly to West Ham!
I also couldn't see Mourinho going back to Chelsea when he clearly has eyes for the Man Utd job as it would arguably kill off his chances to fill SAF's boots. As for the likes of Man City they seem to have backed their man so I don't think they're as trigger happy as the likes of Chelski and Blackburn <yikes>

The likes of Allardyce and Pulis are always going to find employment with a certain stature of club and I think big Sam will be gone and agree that Leeds wouldn't be a bad shout for him. As for anything else, it really is a mystery.

In some respects, but it's always nice having your manager or players linked with other clubs - it means they're doing well. (not that I want him to go!)

Hopefully all this moving and shaking will benefit City in the Summer. While other clubs are managerless we'll be swiftly buying all the players everyone else will be too slow to get. Ricky van Wolfswinkel, anyone?

By the way, I think you could add Paul Lambert at Villa to your list, were they to get relegated. Redknapp at QPR also, can't see him sticking around for long in the Championship.
