Judging the team he put out today and knowing he'll put a strong side out against Real, Fergie's aftermatch comment that he can make changes later suggests we'll be playing their reserves next week. Do we go for it or play softly softly again?...

I suppose he's settling for a mere 4-0 by contemplating fielding only his second eleven.

I hope we got out of the premiership in a blaze of glory for the next 12 matches with all out attack. No more playing for draws.

Can't disagree with this. Would like us to throw the proverbial sink at every team we play. Lets try and score first and see what happens. At least then if we go down, we will go down fighting and not with a whimper.
Personally k think the time for defensive lineups has long come and gone. I know Harry has been trying to keep it tight and try and knick the odd goal on the break. I don't think we have enough pace for this. Set us up to go out with all guns blazing. Who knows it may surprise a team or two.

Exactly this. Attack in every game now. No point playing for a point like yesterday and getting hammered anyway!

Didn't we beat them last time we got relegated or is my memory failing?

No, it was the season Cantona scored their equaliser in the 8th minute of 'Fergie Time'...

We need to win at least 8 of our last 12 so a point is a loss

Doesn't make any difference to me. Relegation is the same no matter what way its served.

However, all the boys who spend their money going to watch us week in week out deserve something to cheer. They've suffered enough this season as it is.

We need a Liverpool moment akin to last season.

If it happens in the next 2-3 games then we do still have a chance.

Telling the players to play for pride (whether that's personal or team pride) might lift the pressure on them and get them playing better anyway.

Teams have turned it around before and prior to their change in fortunes, nobody gives them a hope. Wigan or us last year for example (remember Ian Wrong's prediction).

So while I can completely understand people's resignation, especially based on the performances and lack of goals, I won't write us off just yet.

I hope someone tells him what fans are saying. We've got to attack now.
