Moyes is clever. He never lets too much pressure build. We'll win this with ease, he'll buy himself a few more games and we'll lose the next league game. Its all apart of his devious master plan.
City are a different machine this season, and couldn't possibly play any worse than they did that day (taking nothing away from Wigan). Anyway good luck on Wednesday, I was only on a wind up with the title thread
Very unlikely I would say, life goes on hopefully we give some youngsters a chance to play and hopefully they learn from the last transfer window
Going into the fixtures this weekend, with us having to go to Chelsea, it hasn't actually been a disaster in our battle for 4th, with Liverpool dropping points at home. We've only lost 1 point to them, and got a very tricky fixture out of the way. I still think we can get 4th with RVP and Rooney to come back. We've got Cardiff at home next week so we should get back on track
We have played quite well about three times this season, if this becomes the fourth time we should get through
But isn't it more bloody exciting? It was getting f**king boring under Fergie. Every f**king match at OT under him even with a **** team will be a foregone conclusion unless it was against the top 5-6 teams. Boring as hell. Now every match is unpredictable, especially at OT. The good times are back. I feel young again
... but in a way you have - taken away from Wigan that is ... City were merely outplayed on the day - pure and simple - not a question of them playing badly - they were simply second best all over the park - I started watching it thinking it would be very one sided ... I was right ... but not in the way I had anticipated ... Wigan were superb and just didn't allow City to get into their stride ... City looked bemused and baffled ... wigan clearly didn't read the script ... it was compelling viewing ...
