After UTD hammering of WBA 12 - 0 , can they take apart the worst defense in premier history.

Good thread, can see a positive result, 2-1 with Falcao scoring the winner!

 

Whether United can get the ball to their danger men consistently is going to be key to this game.

If Falcao and Di Maria can get heavily involved, United have a chance. With the way Matic, Fabregas and Oscar have been dominating midfields this year though, it's hard to see United's attackers being involved nearly as much as they have been against the lesser sides of late. I expect the likes of Herrera and Blind will disappear.

If the United lose it will be the worst - and most expensive at £400m - title challenge ever

 

United 1 point better off from last season but with far easier fixtures. A loss at home on Sunday in their first real test and surely LVG is a dead man walking.....

 

They are part-time like Liverpool so after a £200m spend they should win on Sunday; AND put in a title challenge at least as good as the Dippers last season preDemba

 

To be honest, with the signings of Falcao and Di Maria, the overall 200m spend, a decent manager, no European or league cup action, anything less than the title is a massive failure by LVG. No wonder he's already shifting the focus from the initial 3 month 'test'.

They should win easily Sunday with the game at home and an extra days rest. Anything less and LVG should be forced to go in stocks in Manchester city centre for the day.
