I hope this doesn't mean that Chelsea don't like him ? We all know what happens when Chelsea players don't like a ref
Halsey has a soft spot for us from when he was taken ill & he took charge of us at Goodison on his first game back & was visibly touched by the reception he got, so I'm not worried about him having a bias to the reds on Sunday. "It has been well documented that Goodison is my favourite ground because the fans know their football here so you can't get away with anything," "I would love to make my Premier League return at Goodison. It is a special place to me now. It would be fantastic and a great way to come back. It would be very emotional."
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...ction-returns--Graham-Poll.html#ixzz2KJcrOuF7 "It was good to see Clattenburg at his absolute best with that red card; perfect positioning, immediate detection and swift action which was his trademark earlier in the season – until his game at Chelsea when he dismissed Branislav Ivanovic and Fernando Torres. His reaction to the fallout from that game appears to be to take a much more lenient, laid back approach which has meant only four yellow cards in his last seven games." Good to see Chelsea don't influence refs through their false accusations, eh?
This is the best bit of that article - "United have won all three of their Premier League games against Everton with Halsey as referee. And they haven't conceded a single goal."
