I can't see Ameobi getting an inch of space against Manure so I've a feeling he'll be useless, maybe start Ranger if he does well against Villa.

For the Mancs I think it's pretty much obvious until we get up front, but we could always consider Barton----Guthrie---Tiote-----Jonas ----------------Ireland------------ -------------Ranger-------------- Or something along those lines. Barton captain for both games, most likely?
Certainly hope Barton is captain, I love Colo as captain as well but him not being English works against him IMO, definite 3rd choice though.
Heard Pards was going to give Joey captaincy for yesterday's game as thought Nolan was gonna be ill, so looks like Joey's obvious choice for these games.
