I will assume you are 15 or younger. This is up there with one of the stupidest threads I have seen. Davies went off because he was playing crap and picked up a knock. If there was even a shred of this happening then he wouldn't have played at all.
I agree it was unusual for Bruce to take off Davies even though he was having a mare. What we don't know of course is what Davies feels about someone coming into the defence who arguably has more experience and has had more success in his career than him. Add to that Davies wanted a higher salary contract and Dawson has probably come straight in at wages above him might make Curtis feeling sorry for himself at the moment. Purely speculation of course but we don't know what goes on behind the scenes (jealousy etc)

He was taken off for one reason, as Bruce said, he was not performing !! Shane we couldn't have done the same with the other 9 outfield players
Funny after the game I was thinking that Davies was maybe moving on. Just gut feel thats probably wrong. Good enough offer he would go.
Davies had his worst game of last season at Villa, and again today the first half he was poor. Being there for 4 years obviously affects him in some way.
