Kenny for me, much much better performance lately, nearly saved that ridiculous penalty, and helped keep the goal difference down, which is like another point!
Hill for me, he just keeps getting better and better. Another captains performance from him today. Kenny was in with a shout but I thought he should of got something on Scholes's shot.
Has to be Kenny, with Hill a fairly close second. Special mentions for Diakite, Mackie, Taiwo and Ferdinand. Extra special mention for Bothroyd and SWP, albeit for a different reason.
Lot of hard work out there and strong performances without excelling, Kenny has to takes it as he stood out more than the others. This is my top 5 performers today: 1. Kenny 2. Taiwo 3. Diakite 4. Ferdinand 5. Hill
Taiwo for me. Not the fastest full back in the world, but used his strength well and stood strong against Valencia and Young. Promising. Looking forward to seeing him up in the opponents half in the next couple of games.
Have to mention Kenny too. But feel it's exactly the kind of performance I would have expected to see much more often this season, after getting used to it last season. Top quality, but has not turned in these performances enough.
Taiwo for me. I had serious doubts at first but he has acclimatized nicely and its now clear what MH sees in him. Gives 100% all the time. Ironically I felt our weakest link was on the other side of the defence where Onohua look uncomfortable for much of the game.
Agree 100% about Hill and Kenny. Derry was close for me too for his 10 min on the pitch - he was central in our only attach and looked like a sprinter the way he ran at their box. He also reacted so well to that ridiculous decision. Diakite and Taiwo also put in good solid performances.
Close between Hill, Taiwo and Kenny. But for me its Taiwo. He was up against Valencia - who was their main threat and was always on the ball. Taiwo defended superbly to keep him quiet and not alot went through him all day. Superb performance.
QPR NOT 606 MOTM RESULTS: This weeks MOTM goes to Paddy Kenny, which I think is his first so far this season, hope he stays on form for these remaining crucial games. Same again for the Swansea game on Wednesday!
