Below is the final table of the Man of the Match awards as voted by you. I have a proposal of how to do our player of the season - because the voting system is now restricted to 10 options, we could get to a short list of 3 by separating the votes into Defenders (inc Keeper) - Midfield - Strikers. The winner of each mini vote would then go forward to the final vote to determine our player of the season. If everyone is happy with that proposal please respond below and I'll put up the first vote this week. Luke Freeman 6 Korey Smith 5 Luke Ayling 4 Aden Flint 4 Joe Bryan 3 Frank Fielding 3 JET 2 Aaron Wilbraham 2 Marlon Pack 2 Kieran Agard 2 Wade Elliott 1 Adam El-Abd 1 Game Details Sheffield U (A) - Aden Flint Oxford - Adam El-Abd Colchester - Korey Smith Orient - Aden Flint Sc**thorpe - Korey Smith Doncaster - Joe Bryan MK Dons - Kieran Agard Cheltenham - Korey Smith Chesterfield - Luke Ayling Coventry (A) - Luke Freeman Bradford - Aden Flint Oldham - Wade Elliott Wimbledon - Aaron Wilbraham Preston - Luke Ayling Peterborough (A) - Luke Freeman Telford - Frank Fielding Coventry - Luke Freeman Crawley - Luke Ayling Yeovil - Luke Freeman Notts County - Jay Emmanuel Thomas Doncaster - Jay Emmanuel Thomas West Ham - Korey Smith Gillingham - Frank Fielding Fleetwood - Korey Smith Port Vale - Joe Bryan Sheffield United - Luke Freeman Peterborough - Joe Bryan Rochdale - Aaron Wilbraham Gillingham - Marlon Pack Crewe - Marlon Pack Walsall - Luke Freeman Barnsley - Luke Ayling Swindon - Frank Fielding Coventry - Kieran Agard Walsall - Aden Flint
I like the idea of three mini votes. That way it's more fair and not first past the post, unlike something else
How about heats, 2 semi finals of 10 with 5 votes each, the top 5 players from both semi finals goes into a grand final of 10. Most players get a bye into the semi finals but perhaps a qualifying heat if more than 20 players selected to get into the semi finals
