Shame its not at home but still never been and we'll get a decent allocation so should take decent numbers.

    Plus we cannot really "lose"

Bet Zola is looking forward to meeting up with an old friend in Mancini.

We're unbeaten in more than ten years against City.

I am a bit upset we could not get of a run, but it will be a great day for those who re-mortgage their houses or sold their bodies to science to buy a ticket.

Of course we'll get a run, it sounds as if you think that they will beat us. shame on you! But you're right, i'm gonna have to fork out of my pocket money, like i did for the Tottenham match. And my sister's (another one is united) a City fan, who lives in germany. Very Popular.

If they rest their Star players (Ageuro, Tevez, Nasri, Silva etc) then I reckon would could get a draw. This is exactly the kind of game where Battochico should start and play the full 90 (give Charbolah a rest). It will also be a good game to see who realistically will/will not be good enough for next season in the Prem

Erm, your last sentence-trying to sell players to other clubs already? The two 'Watfords ' you mention ,are they related to the two others at the club with similar names but spelt differently ?

Have you heard something that we haven't, Mitch? Or have you forgotten that Chalobah returns to Chelsea 3/4 days before this game takes place?

Provided we donlt lose 10-0 it's a no lose situation. nobody expects us to win, it's a nice day out and if we did get a result it will cause shockwaves. All very positive!.

It's a great draw - when we win we will get kudos - in the unlikely event we lose we can bank the money and focus on meeting them next year in the league

Not an ideal draw but will be a good day out. I am sure that the price of tickets has to be agreed by both clubs, so it might not be too expensive - well fingers crossed!
I have a good mate who is a City fan and he has already text me proposing a night out in Manc - so should be a good week-end, unless it's moved to the Sunday night! <yikes>
Mitch - I was very impressed with Battochico yesterday, he looked real class when he came on.

Why does everyone keep saying we don't have something to lose, we have our fa cup status this season to fight for, we shouldn't keep thinking that they're the better team, or they might become just that.

Class will win on the day and we'll come out 3-2 winners. The Daily mail The Scum etc etc will point to our luck at ending the run of last years premiership champions but we all know our destiny, we are the hornets and we're going to sting those sorry excuses of mancunians.......................

I fully intend on going to this one. My boss is a Man City fan, so will head up with him. He seems to think ticket prices will be about £25... so not too bad compared to a few other teams.

Hopefully we will put on a good showing. We still have another month to continue improving, and hope we give them a real good game. If we play to our best, and they have an off-day (they're hardly outplaying many teams at the moment) then there's no reason why we can;t get something out of the game. They may also be missing the Toure's if they are at the ACoN!

Kev, the ACoN starts 2 weeks later, on Jan 19th and Mancini is trying to persuade Ivory Coast not to pick them and one other player they have on their books who could be in the IC squad but hardly plays for City.

I hope that they pick Savic, as I don't think he's adapted to the English game yet and I haven't been impressed by their back-up keeper when I've seen him on tv.

    Ok cheers <ok>

I knew it wouldn't have started but they often request players meet up with the squad quite early, so wasn't sure if they would have been available.

I have a feeling that being out of the Champions League, they will really go for this and put a very strong team out!
