The pen was the right decision. The free kick they then scored from was a foul by Mangala - but Lewandowski exaggerated it in rather embarrassing fashion.

PS Hart's got to look at his positioning (and that of his wall) there. (Not that I'm suggesting the wall should be anywhere near where the ball went.)

On second viewing but... as an ex forward myself he's heading it towards goal, it skims his head onto his shoulder and goes in. Right backs dont score them cenner forwards do.

 

I wish we had a player whose shoulder could find the top corner.

 

I know Aguero had a lot of help with those two late goals - but even before that he had been fantastic all night. Head and shoulders above his teammates.
