Does anybody know what is happening about the Man City tickets? I am a Jack Army member but struggling to see what that means at the moment. When clicking on the 'buy tickets' section of the website, i either get taken to Ipswich or Yeovil's website! What a complete shambles. Although ringing the ticket office today, the recorded message indicated that I am able to purchase tickets for the playoff final. Wonderful.

Not a crticism of our team by the way - legends.....but the way the website, ticket office and general club admin is handled is totally shameful.

Our club website is a cluttered mess.

Best I can figure there is one company that seems to produce a website with the same structure but different branding for each Football League club. They are all a cluttered mess. We are still using that structure. Meanwhile other clubs in the prem seem to share a similar and IMO much cleaner, coherent and professional design / style radically different from the Football League. The sooner we transition the better.

Agreed. There's stuff on our website that hasn't been updated in 5 years and it doesn't come across that well! I'd bargain there is a Swans fan who is a **** hot website developer who'd do it for the cost of a few match tickets!

It's not going to happen though, the design is with us and we won't be changing, the reason is because the sheer number of pages there are, probably thousands! The net links into these pages and it will be a disaster trying to keep them the same, you would never find anything if it changes , and would take a hell of an investment of time and money to change.

Wish they would sort out the ticket issue though, probably in line with last season the tickets went on sale about a fortnight ahead.
