Isn't Shrewsbury where he scored an own goal in the 4-3 defeat in the League Cup a couple of years back? Nonetheless I reckon it's a good move for him.
I know that one or two on 'ere think he's "not good enough" but I'd like to see him in a Charlton shirt one day, and this move might just be a step in that direction.
Agree with this - his performance in the Cup against The Dongs hinted at better things. But whatever happens at Shrewsbury, I hope this is his last such move - either give him a new contract and play him, or get rid and let him build a career elsewhere. If this period of indecision is extended too long, it'll do him no good at all.
