    As much as I dislike Cardiff, I wouldn't wish that on Malky. Always comes across as a decent man, but I feel his services would be suited elsewhere. They have one of the best young managers, and Tan is messing him about.

    It does make you wonder who Tan has in mind to replace him with. He would have to be a top manager as well as a 'yes' man.
    I'm not sure such a man exists

    Yeh there is, he is 23 and he wasn't long ago a painter. Top man by all accounts, and a definite yes man ;)

    And he has minor problems with visa/workpermit-conditions. which is why Malky is still there....

    At the risk of blowing my own trumpet I called this last week and said that if we win today that could be the end for Malky. A comfortable win for us would do his career no end of good. :)
