A quote from Wales Online: A former no-nonsense centre-half, Mackay has branded Kenny Miller and Robert Earnshaw a pairing he would like to have faced. Not totally clear what this means?
I don't think he means it in the way it reads. My guess would be tat he meant he would relish the challenge of playing against quality players such as these two. At least I hope that's what he meant... Also, a source to back this quote up might be a good idea
“Both are fantastic and experienced players at this level and, as a centre-back, I would not want to play against them as a pairing." The actual quote. Walesonline misquoted him, shock horror.
I cannot believe Wales-on-Line would make such a basic error as that. Journalists of their qualit?. It must have been Mr Mackay that got it wrong!
I didn't know Murdoch owned WOL...although it does explain why they talk out of their arse at every possible oppurtunity.
