Never quite understood a situation where you should fear a backlash. After losing convincingly against Huddersfield the confidence of Blackpool should be low, and Malky will be aware that an early goal for us could knock it even further. The backlash should be coming from us after the Palace debacle. Malky accept that they are coming to get us, use the full extent of the squad to deal with the challenge, be confident, and please no darn excuses!

I think this may be papertalk. If not then. i fear the dreaded 451 formation, and that ladies and gentlemen will be that.
Malky needs to open his eyes, the 451 formation isn't working. Although I hate to say it 442 (DJ's only formation) does work for us, or maybe he should try something different, maybe 433 or 343 with the two centre midfield dropping back to strengthen the defence when needed.
