The Chairboys will be looking to make it 5 wins in a row and to climb into the top 3 this weekend when they face the Minstermen at Adams Park who themselves are on a run of 3 successive away defeats and sit 2nd bottom Gaz will have to assess Steven Craigs fitness ahead of this game after the forward went off last week with a knock to his ankle but this gives Matt McClure the opportunity to start after impressing as a sub against the Pilgrims and this looks like the only change and with Josh and JP returning to training the bench looks very strong in all departments in which 2 fit first team regulars will miss out on. I am at Adams Park for this one and I have a good feeling about it and will be looking for the lads to continue their winning run and maybe improve on February's 4-0 thrashing of the Tykes so lets make it five in a row with a 5-0 win
That looks optimistic Guy. 2-0 would do me. 5-0 and we'll all be talking about promotion please log in to view this image
To be honest Ron I would take 2_0 but York were crap last season and nothing has changed my mind about them
im going for 3-0 with this one, the team are on a strong run, York are poor..... oh blimey, it sounds like the sort of game we always lose!
I think the expectation is certainly going to be high for this one. Lets hope Gaz can keep the lads heads straight. I'm guessing at 3-1.
I think we'll win this 2-0.I hope the team don'y underestimate York or it could be like Accrington at home last season.
As has been noted...like all highly anticipated games in a successful run...it has all the makings of a head-holding 'how the hell did that happen'? I think Mansfield were under-estimated so I hope all thoughts of five in a row are banished and Gaz has them going after the points as if we were bottom! Those of us too fat and lazy to get on a bus to away games need to see some wins as well!
Off to Wycombe today to watch score plenty against York having a family outing taking my grandaughter to her first match in her Wycombe shirt. Sitting in the family enclosure for this one. Three generations going to this game. (My grandaughter is one start them early)
Bollocks. I think it's been coming and there is no sign of us getting back from this. Come on you blues.
