Maybe the finances are not as large as everyone thinks?

It's a good thing I guess, he has a good history in this division.

I'm waiting for them to go back to their earlier comments about having agreed a deal to make Warnock their manager. They've made the squad ideal for him by releasing or selling every single senior defender in the squad. (Yes, Gunter was the only defender left in the squad when they sold him)

Might have been the reason why Mad Mick ruled himself out of the running, he may have been told about the sale of Gunter, leaving the club threadbare of defenders with around a month left before season starts. Or it could be that Micky boy saw them as asset strippers !! who knows, but I`m sure the truth will out on whether the fake sheikh`s do actually have funds to put into the club

I dont think Mick would have been in full control thats why he walked away. Billy Davies wasnt in full control there but now they have a new board.

They are in talks with free agents now despite not having a manager so to me that says the manager isnt going to get full control

With Gunter, Chambers, Lynch, Morgan, McCleary, Cunningham, Higginbotham, Wooton and Gueridola all left recently albeit some was loans and none have been replaced

I think Forest will get midtable at best next year as they need to do some serious rebuilding with the season getting closer and closer
