Right I was going to post this a week or so ago but didn't want to bite the bullet. This is about the performance of Charlie Allen! I feel his performances so far are poor both home and away. I've only missed 1 game this season (Bristol city away) and each game he's been poor. I don't feel MA is only playing him as he is his son but do feel he needs to be dropped with jackman coming in. Now does anyone else feel the same or are you seeing something I'm not?

mikegills you must of been watching different games to everyone else as young Allen has been brillant so far. Jackman was player of year last season but that does not mean he walks in the team. Until the players lose form he won t get in.

Mike - I also like Jackman - but at Wycombe, when Allen jr came on for Dack, he made a big difference to the game. I suspect that Allen jr has been given preferential treatment - but that comes with increased pressure on him, because of his relationship with the manager. I don't think he has disappointed so far - and we know that the manager is quick to make changes when necessary.

Charlie Allen has been brilliant and deserves his place in the side!

Charlie Allen has been one of the best players this season, I think you are totally wrong with what you have been saying, as much as I like Jackman, Allen has earned his place.

I think Charlie Allen has done ok and has deserved his place in the team. I know there is a campaign on Twitter to get Danny Jackman back in the team and i do believe Jackman is a fantastic player but we are top of the league undefeated in the league so you cant really argue with Martin Allens selections so far.

Junior dog has been top dog so far! He gets around at both ends of the field and has the most assists by a mile so far. He's certainly no Charlie Stimson...

Shot myself in the foot here huh? i must be missing something. all the fans around me feel the same as me? all i hear is them getting frustrated with him too. i feel he struggles to keep the ball unlike Jack Payne. he missed an absolute sitter on saturday. But this post is not to say i dislike him because i dont i just feel that our player of the season should be getting a look in and it wont be Jack Payne he replaces.
In all fairness this is my only grumble of the season and i suppose there is alot more things to worry about.
Also just brought my ticket for Oxford City away. hope there is a good turnout there.

Mike - sorry mate you're well off the mark on mad pup. Oh, by the way if you're looking for a good away turn out make sure you go to Oxford Utd, not City.
