Given Arsenal's current problems at left-back, I would like to see Mackie moved back over to the right flank for today's game. He really gave Evra a torrid time against Utd and currently looks like one of our most potent attacking threats.

Perhaps NW will stick to the side v Swansea though?

I'm expecting a few changes. He'll want Helguson and Derry for Norwich so I wouldn't be surprised to see them both rested and maybe even Taarabt only given the last half hour. If SWP is fit I'd like to see him having a go at an inexperienced left-back and Bothroyd do something other than fanny about with it on the halfway line.

Whether its Mackie or SWP, exploiting their right flank will, IMO, offer the best opportunity of success today

I just wish that if Taarabt plays today, that he plays some more balls out to the wings from his position. Overall, Adel was quality against the swans, but a few times Mackie made some lungbusting runs down the left and go in behind the defender and Adel failed to pick him out or see him

Would be good to see some balls played in behind the fullbacks for either mackie or swp to run onto, not enough of this so far this season.

Absolutely spot on, Tramore. We have not been cutting defences open and stretching the opposition enough. We don't like being attacked at pace and nor would they. Helgusson is the best we have at the moment in the centre, but I'd really like to see a quick little guy in there too, with more balls coming through at pace along the deck from the wings and through the middle. Keep 'em guessing.
