With QPR being the main team bringing new players in, including 2 new strikers in Cissè and Zomora would it cheeky for MM to put a cheeky little bid in for Mackie?!? It's worth a punt...£1m bid might prize him away

I like the sounds of Mackie he's got to be down the pecking order

    Zomora - (most probs)
    Cissè
    Macheda
    Bothroyd
    Helgursson

Seems like he's surplus to requirements!

Now Mackie would be an EXCELLENT purchase just wonder if wages are a stumbling block...we need on more body with pace!!

    QPR fan here.
Not heard anything about Mackie but if i do i will post on here for you.

He had a better season last year before the injury but has not really been that good in the Prem. Runs all day but final ball has been usless. May do a job for you but don't expect too much. <ok>

Mackie and Tommy Smith are the two rumours regarding QPR but as you say, who knows.

to be fair mackie plays more on the wing so you would not expect the striker signings to have a massive impact on his place in the team in my opinion

Runs all day, can play wing/up front. Maybe not Prem class but he's performed in championship. Would be a great response to Billy Sharpe and Maynard.
Our main rivals haven't stood still I hope we can pull 1 more signing off.

<laugh> It would be even funnier if it wasn't so true.

If he had a bit more grit he'd suit our current formation. Saying that, if he had a bit more grit, Sparkey wouldn't be signing more strikers.

If we miss permanent signings today, we might pick up one or two of those mentioned on loan next week.

Fair shout but their squad is starting to look a little bit massive! Any offers for fringe players would surely get some serious consideration.

maybe for one of their strikers but other than Mackie and Smith they hav'nt got too much on the wing unless they completely changed the formation wouldnt be surpised to see derry on his way out though
