Scraping a higher finish than a newly promoted premier league team, getting humiliated and outplayed 5-1 in the local derby, and outplayed an extremely lucky not to beaten at their own ground.

Glad to see their ambitions are high!

Congratulations to your mediocrity! But we'll be kicking on next season, while Bruce ****s up yet again ;)

It's an incredible acheivement to be honest, to still get those results at home with all those empty seats.

It'll not hurt you 2 as much as the lads that have been at your match today. At home.

What happened to the easy 6 points and finishing in Yewrope? What have they achieved with all the money you spent? Finishing 1 point ahead of a newly promoted side? Aim higher.

    This.

Because our season exceeded our expectations, yours was extremely underwhelming.

Sad as ****, scrape into 10th and above Newcastle and you would think they had won the league.
Mackems, take a long look at the threads on your boards and you tell me who has had the better more satisfying season. Everything you lot were hoping for hinged on finishing above a newly promoted newcastle. Again, look at your boards and tell me who has reason to be optimistic. Now when you all finish tossing each other off over your outstanding season, realism will hit once again. Sunderland.......****, always have been, always will be.
Well done. Tomorrow I will be just as happy with our season as I am today. Will you lot....I think not.

    You sad ****.

Sour grapes? All i've done is say well done Toon on a great first season, was bound to be summat like this posted, ****ing nailed on.

For the record, we had a ****ing awful season and you had a great one, keep a ****ing grip on reality.

(i'm sure the majority of the Toon lads know this is not my usual approach, but for ****s sake get a ****ing brain)

How can you, and the rest of your support criticise Newcastle fans for being at home on a match day? It's not our ground with the all the empty bloody seats! Yes, fair enough, there are alot of us on here on match days. But alot of us have to work, live to fair away...or just plain cant afford to go to all the matches. Whats the excuse of Niall Quinn pretty much begging supporters to attend?

? Our board is littered with Sunderland fans having a go and nobody is going to just bend over and say alright go ahead.

We've had a great season given our targets, and you lot haven't really so saying this to add a bit of a cheer amidst the onslaught of your fans is hardly sour grapes.

Sunderland doesn't have support outside of the local area never mind the country, so it's no surprise the lad doesn't get it.

What exactly have I said that's wrong?

    We humiliated you 5-1? Yes.
You scraped a draw at your place after we outplayed you? Yes.
You scraped a higher finish over a newly promoted team? Yes.
Bruce claimed in an interview that the aim was to finish above us? Yes.
Mediocrity, after you saying you've had an awful season surely mediocrity is a compliment is it not?
Bruce ****ed up this season, as everyone constantly whinges about on your board, so its my opinion he'll do the same next season.

    Bye.
